Jim Vincenzo: Managing Director
Mr. Vincenzo has extensive general and financial management experience over a broad array of industries. He has served as Vice President, or CFO of a number of consumer-focused companies such as Theater Xtreme Entertainment Group (OTCBB:TXEG), Remington Rand Corporation, the Sugarbush Ski Resort, entertainment organizations such as USA Cinemas (now part of Loews Theaters), and two software startups, Strategic BCP (now part of SAI Global) and PurelyWeb. Mr. Vincenzo was also the former President of a regional airline and aviation services company, Wings Airways, and was a former member of the President's Council of the Regional Airline Association. Mr. Vincenzo holds a B.S. from Villanova University and an MBA from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
